-Cost Estimating: established construction methods, materials needed, appropriate vendors, pre and post show expenses and offered creative suggestions to keep the project within an established budget.
-Project management: Hired and supervised various vendors, established deadlines, ordered needed materials, supervised in house employees and demanded a high standard of quality. Worked closely with the client throughout the entire project to help establish most effective product show casing, drawing potential clients and establishing promotional materials. Filled out and submitted all show related forms upon client request. Developed excellent relationships with clients and vendors.
