Major project was seven storey Hilton Hotel in Fredericton NB that was only partially finished when our company took over responsibilities and tight completion milestones.

Tracked metrics and performance indicators. Managed Construction Management planning, Schedules, Budgets, adherence to Architectural/ Interior Design/ Engineering and contract performance. Certified workplace safety and operational equipment with recognized experts.

Value engineered significant cost savings to return to original budget targets by revising drawings, deleting work not critical to Brand Standards with low impact on operations with full approval of owners and brand standards.

Achieved scheduled opening milestone of August 2018 and met revised approved client budget.

Interior Designer/ Facilities Manager

Responsible for designing 6 new retail banks, and consolidating two bank branches into one for emergency life safety remediation.

Planned the consolidation of 5 large office locations into two leased facilities to save over $2Million in rent annually and increase corporate efficiencies.

HSBC Branding rollout for all Canadian retail branches for kiosks, teller counters, banners, stanchions, etc.

Responsible for designing office renovations for the Rogers Centre (Skydome). Designed famous display case for Canada’s World Series Trophies (with conspicuous space for third Trophy).

Responsible for designing 10 new fit-out LCBO retail stores across Ontario and Project Managing their construction on time and within established budgets.

Project Manager for Design/ Build of complete renovations to Corporate HQ Offices on Queen’s Quay in Toronto. Managed $8 Million+ budget and scheduling.

Interior Designer/ Project Manager

Senior Interior Designer role and Prime Consultant in charge of hiring Architects, Structural Engineers, M&E Engineers and co/ordinating teams of 40 internal designers in the design of two major Holt Renfrew Stores in Ste Foy Quebec and Yorkdale Mall in Toronto. Had to value engineer the project budgets in half for both stores. I was Senior Project Manager who put together specifications, Tender Packages for Contractors and Millwork subtrades and conducted site meetings and schedules throughout construction. Both stores opened on time in same week and within approved budgets. Stores won the #1 Retail Store award for best stores in World by VM+ SD.

Designer of several Famous Player Theatres. Created atrium sculptures and artifacts as well as introduced different food concessions in lobby for customer attraction.

Designer of Nightclubs, Plaza Escada on Bloor Street, Spas, and Boca Raton penthouse condo.
