Had to value engineer the project budgets in half for both stores. I was Senior Project Manager who put together specifications, Tender Packages for Contractors and Millwork subtrades and conducted site meetings and schedules throughout construction. Both stores opened on time in same week and within approved budgets. Stores won the #1 Retail Store award for best stores in World by VM+ SD.

Designer of several Famous Player Theatres. Created atrium sculptures and artifacts as well as introduced different food concessions in lobby for customer attraction.

Designer of Nightclubs, Plaza Escada on Bloor Street, Spas, and Boca Raton penthouse condo.
