My name is Nina and I am 21 years old from the Philippines and currently living in La Linea, Spain.
I am writing to apply for a position on your customer service team. As a highly competent customer support, I would bring a dedicated, reliable and driven attitude to this role.
I have been working as a customer support at Teleperformance for 1 year and have had experienced in sales for half a year, during that time I have developed impeccable phone manners and an ability to politely deal with disgruntled customers. I have a knack for problem solving and work well independently and with little oversight, I respond to requests from colleagues and clients in a timely manner and am adept at prioritizing projects.
I have been also studying Information Technology which makes me kind of savvy when it comes to computer skills, and I am fluent in English which also makes me a great match to your qualification.
I am a service minded person always trying to go the extra mile for the customer. Avid team supporter, motivating peers through personal example, a positive attitude, and a willingness to lend a hand whenever needed.
Positioning a company for better exposure and greater marketability is a task that I have performed with success.
