Position: - SAP Admin Purchase and Procurement Officer Responsibilities and Key Performances:
• Preparing the necessary Purchase Requisition/LPO in Sap and send order to supplier
• Following up with supplier for the site delivery & keep good relationship with supplier
• 3 Way Match -before entering In Sap (LPO, supplier invoice, Physical delivered) on site.
• Debit/Credit Note entry made in Sap for quantity/price variance in supplier invoice
• GRN / Parking entry as per the supplier invoice for delivered goods on sites.
• STO(IN/OUT) internal stock transfer one location to another locations in Sap.
• Maintaining records of supplier invoice and other important related data.
• Physical Stock reconciliation as compare with Sap stock at time received from site.
• Negotiating appropriate contracts for pricing and supply items on sites.
• Working with team member co-ordinate with supply chain manager to develop future purchasing plans and source potential relationships with vendors
• Collaborating with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters.
