I informed my director that this was an excellent way to make sure everyone knows their rythms and is aware of the entire process and what might occur if leads not attached. Preceptor to many new nurses during these years and was 100 % successful with all of the people that I precepted, they all stayed with the company and became better nurses with some advancing to other positions. I taught many nurses the value of good CUSTOMER RELATIONS and from what I have seen they have all done well using this skill.
