Started career from LEONIA HOLISTIC DESTINATION( Hyderabad) as a industrial Trainee. Did all 22 weeks in all core 4 departments specially FRONT OFFICE. Understood basic operation FRONT OFFICE DEPARMENT and even did a “UPSALED a suite room during the training days during night shift”.
Then worked in a capacity of FOA from GRAND MERCURE MYSORE (Mysore) from 2017-2018. Where more detailed works of Front Office learned and took check in and check out during heavy rush of guests.
Was working in HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS KOLKATA a brand of INTERCONTINENTL HOTEL GROUP as a Guests Service Associate in FRONT OFFICE. It’s a pre-opening property. Working in a such a Brand helped me in growing a professional. I learnt all ground level knowledge about different departments. Gained knowledge about Front Office Operations. Since May 2019 to March 2020.
Currently working in Ramada Jamshedpur Bistupur as Front Office Supervisor. With all responsibility of leading a shift catering with all necessary work of the shift from checking discrepancy reports to mailing to the Room Booker's and OTA's. Maintaining a good bonding with Transport vendors. Closing the night audit are my responsibilities.
