It is an Export company doing Merchandise base (i.e. Buying & Selling) to all Foreign countries for all major products like Agri commodities, Safety matches, Incense, Granites and tiles etc. which will be exported in 20 feet / 40 feet container shipments.

My duties and responsibilities are preparing Costing for all exporting products having single

unit price, kg price, ton price and container price to arrive the cost of each items. It all includes the Packing material cost, Master bag cost, transportation, CHA, BL and THC Charges, Insurance and Bank charges to arrive FOB cost in INR and to covert it into USD Value also. Finally, to get the Ocean freight value from CHA to the Destination port for Buyer by which CIF Price can be arrived to quote the prices to the Buyers.

Apart from the above, assisting to Purchase Manager to get the prices from the various supplier for all products and to Logistic Manager to get the freight rate and transportation cost from various CHA by mails etc.

In addition to the above, to attend any special work allocation by the Management which may be related to work on accounts with Auditor and ROC work with Statutory Auditor Office visit.

To make a visit for stuffing the materials into Container at factory place also in time to time.
