Coordinates employee cases of work related accidents/sickness/ hospitalization.

Arrange intimate operations of the candidate’s deposit of visa to travel agency, arrangement of pick-up from airport / assisting for the allocation of hotels, company Flats/ Accommodations to staffs and labourers.
Processing of prospective candidates regarding Visas, Medical Health/ Insurance Card, and Occupation Card, Medical, finger print and blood group schedule for newly joined employees, visa renewal.
Assists employees with Engineering professions in the residence permit for mandatory registration and examination in the UPDA/ Ministry of Municipality and Environment (attestation of certificates, opening Hukoomi account, obtaining letter request to CID for police clearance, etc.)
Prepares and Facilitates issuance of employee’s Performance Evaluation through Oracle.
Handling Private Medical Insurance Benefits for all staff.
Responsible for the record keeping of each employees exercising confidentiality using E-Promis Program.
