Improved the yield and productivity of third carbon black production line by improving feedstock oil

temperature through DMAIC and achieved a yield

improvement of 8% and monetary benefit of 481

lacs per annum. Awarded platinum in QCFI 2016

project presentation competition.

Collaborated with team of three in the reducing the overall water consumption in carbon black

production by reduce and recycle and reuse water

through various treatment process and reduced 225

KL per day water and fulfilling the business vision towards sustainability.

Collaborated with team of four in the quality

improvement of N220 and N234 carbon black

grades without affecting the yield property thrugh DMAIC. Achieved the quality within customer

specifications limit and also improved the yield
