Assist Resource Specialist in ensuring a safe, clean environment of care that meets with the standard of safety for staff and Participants. Assist the Case Manager/Sr. Administrative Aides in responding to all job seekers questions, identified needs to overcome barriers for employment, meeting with job seekers on assigned case load, preparing Individual Employment Plan(IEPA) and Participant Needs Assessment(PNA) as well as conducting Host Agency(HA) monitoring, completing Annual Re-certification, and maintaining accurate Case Notes.

Establish and maintain community services, training, and employment opportunities that benefit persons served.
