Nellis Air Force Base Las Vegas, NV/Iraq
Responsible for managing air integration in support of operations at the US Army’s premier training installation, the National Training Center; Ft Irwin, CA. As a subject matter expert on US Army ground operations, instructed pilots on Army strategies and deployments within a highly visible Air Force instructional installation.
Participated in 20 training rotations, supervising the training for over 1,000 US and Allied fighter pilots on ground operations and academics; successfully prepared those pilots to support combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Effectiveness of program developed let to invitation to participate as a guest instructor on Army operations within the United States Air Force Weapons School (Premier Training) assisting in the training of over 200 Weapons Officers, the instructors within each Air Force unit.

Unit operations officer and second in command of an artillery battery consisting of 114 personnel and personally responsible for over $1.2 million in equipment. Responsible for all of the administrative, maintenance, logistical and training functions of the battery and had direct supervision for 10 soldiers.
Oversaw and maintained the maintenance program for the unit’s 27 combat and support vehicles which resulted in an operational readiness status of 88%, consistently exceeded the battalion’s average.
Deployed as the officer in charge of a firing section in support of combat operations in Afghanistan.
Base Security - Officer in Charge 2006 - 2008
FOB Delta Southeast Iraq
Manage the security operations for a forward operating base in Iraq. Responsibilities included constructing, manning, and improving of the base’s 27 kilometer perimeter defensive measures from the ground up and building/maintaining good working relationships with the several different coalition units.
Built and maintained critical working relationships with the forces from 6 different allied nations as part of interactions involving the security of the operating base on a daily basis.
Served as the organization’s subject matter expert on numerous electronic surveillance, detection, and security systems which were utilized in defense of the over 4,500 US and coalition personnel residing on the base.
