Present Organization: Lanco Anpara Power Ltd. 600*2 MW Thermal Power Plant situated in Sonebhadra district of Uttar Pradesh. The source of fuel –Coal from NCL and Water from Rihand River.

DM Plant Capacity: 75*3 M3

Position: Working as Executive April-2013 to till date

Key Initiatives and Responsibilities:

Handle shift individually and observing all work at DM and WT plant.

Do all testing and analysis of Coal, Raw water, cooling water, Boiler water, SWAS and Steam etc.

Involve in sampling and preparation of received coal from rail rake at track hopper and from yard, fired coal from Bunker, Feeder and auto sampler, and pulverized coal (fineness sample) from Coal Mill.

Handle all lab instruments like digital Bomb Calorimeter for Coal Analysis, Spectrophotometer for water analysis, and Millipore Assembly for Mechanical impurities etc.

Analyze all proximate analysis of coal sample.

Continuously monitoring the manpower of subcontractor in a very gentle manner.

Maintain all documents and reported to reporting boss on daily basis.

Attend regular departmental meetings with my colleagues and my seniors on safety, planning, Emergency and project Works.

Past Organizations:

1-Bajaj Energy Pvt Ltd. 45*2 MW Thermal Power Plant situated in Gonda district of Uttar Pradesh. The source of fuel –Coal from Auction and Water from Ground Water.

DM Plant Capacity: 12*2 M3 with Same capacity of RO Plant.

Position: Working as Executive May-2011 to March-2013

Key Initiatives and Responsibilities:

Do all testing and analysis of Raw water, Cooling water, Boiler water, Steam water- SWAS system, Coal and LDO analysis etc.

Handle all lab instruments like pH meter, Conductivity meter, digital Bomb Calorimeter for Coal Analysis, WTW Spectrophotometer for water analysis, and Millipore Assembly for mechanical impurities and etc.

Monitoring DM Plant, RO plant, Softener Plant, MGF and SSF.

Preparation of standard solution for analysis.

Maintain all DPR and other progress report and reporting to Unit Head and HO at Daily Basis at project time.

Operational Projects at Bajaj site:

Site experience in erection and commissioning and troubleshooting of 2 nos. Of D.M. Plant, R.O. Plant, 5 nos. of MGF, 3 nos. of Softener and Laboratory.

Involve in boiler hydro and Alkali boil out process and test of both unit.

Coordination with client & consultant for various engineering problems & try to provide the solutions for them.

Material list preparation and planning and as per schedule job and follow up.

Work on improvement for project optimization in the area of work.
