Created internal audit schedule for each casino department to ensure successful external audits performed by regulatory agencies.

Led an internal investigation that ultimately uncovered fraud by casino’s Vice President of Marketing, leading to dismissal and the filing of criminal charges.

Entrusted with tribal authority to interact with the State of California and federal regulatory agencies.
