Verify Oven and Autoclave loads cure according to both temperature and length of time cured per Spec. and Blueprint. Verify all Specifications and Blueprints are current prior to inspection of any part, audit, or load. Knowledge of MSDS. Maintain and apply safety and emergency procedures, quality forms and manuals, raw materials per various specs. Done verifilms for part thickness audits. Inspect by Audit: Lay-Ups of Graphite Parts, Class 3 parts, One Time Only (OTO),Graphite Only (GO), Graphite Kit Cutting, Graphite Assembly DIA Procedures and approve material changes and performance acceptance using Tool Work Order (TWO or Nest Buy off).Visual inspections for FOD,Contaminants, and defects. Performed Conductivity Tests. Inspected Flaps, Ailerons, Radomes, Rudders, and Assemblies and rivets as well as rework. Hewett Packard clocking skills. Cross trained in other Inspection areas such as: Parts Marking, Small Sheet Metal Component Inspection, and Receiving Inspection. Used CATIA a few times. Knowledge of ISO9000. Inspect and solve processing problems and advise supervisor. Complete and document all assessments. Prepare reject and hold tags for unacceptable production. Identify, complete, and document startups and provide proper job paperwork.
Trainer/Tackle Box Inspector- Help to train new employees on the line. Cooling, wiping, trimming, clipping, boxing, palletizing, stacking, stuffing, running the lid machines, running the ultrasonic welder, putting on stickers and labels, putting in pins, counting pallets.
