DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

> Process account payables transactions which include entering invoices . verifying proper authorization and supporting documents.

> Ensure month-end closing to include reconciling account payables trial balance in order to ensure correctness and accuracy.

Reconciliation of F&B and accounting Period

Preparing Yearly F&B Budget and Monthly Forecast

Maintain Food Cost as budgeted with Executive Chef

Costing all outlet menu before implementation

Monitoring and pricing all banquet functions

Establishment Potential F&B Cost (Menu Engineering)

Receiving and costing all foreign goods

Preparing Monthly P&L for all outlet
