Executing projects for plant set up, expansion, and modernization.

Planning & Execution of the projects. Monitor/Discuss project status; review during the course of periodic project review meetings there by developing inter personal skills.

Listing down the resource needs for projects, after considering the budgetary parameters set.

Handling activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution; involving finalization of technical specifications, tendering, procurement, scheduling, progress monitoring, erection, testing & commissioning, manpower planning.

Maintenance

Planning and implementing proactive / predictive / preventive / shut down maintenance schedules for machinery so as to increase machine up time / equipment reliability.

Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of trouble shooting techniques.

Executing energy saving & other cost saving measures with suitable modifications in process.

Preparing SOP, Manuals & Work Instructions for production operations for the unit and maintaining reports for facilitating decision making by management.

Developing and implementing plans & schedules for Maintenance Operations and Annual Turn Around with focus on optimum utilization of manpower and material.

Undertaking regular inspections to prevent accidents and adhere to safety norms.

Reviewing the performance of Equipment for smooth running of the plant & ensure inventory system with minimum spare.

Monitor MTBF & MTTR for controlling the Break down of Equipment.

Develop new vendor for contingency situations.

Implement safety and Environment awareness rules for employee and contractor.

Coordinate with Electricity Board for completion of statutory Rules.

Production Planning & Control

Handling production related tasks including planning, control and trouble shooting.

Minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with maximization of material & machine.

Preparing SOP, manuals & work instructions for production operations for the unit and maintaining reports for facilitating decision making by the management.

Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and developing guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities.

Project Installation & Commissioning

Supervising installation and commissioning of Equipment, followed by trial runs.

Identifying project bottlenecks and undertaking corrective measures.

Ensuring effective site management and discipline to ensure safe & timely execution of the projects.

Installation and commissioning of equipment, followed by plant trial runs meeting targeted performance/ quality & quantity parameters and thereafter handing over of the plant.

Project completions for 4 no’s of Printer, UPS, key board & PCB assembly plants & 100 no’s mobile & home appliances walk in canters, Offices, ware house & maintained for the same in PAN India.

Quality Assurance

Mentoring & directing quality - routine and non-routine issues by interacting with concerned departments such as Purchase, Production etc of projects till completion.

Conducting regular Internal Audits, Root Cause Analysis, Troubleshooting and Reviews to ensure adherence to highest standards.

Over seeing implementation of quality as per ISO 9001 Standards.
