Key Responsibility and Contribution:

Acting as the initial point of contact for Director in his absence, assessing priorities and re-directing calls, enquiries and requests as necessary.

Managing the Director’s diary and appointments, ensuring effective use of time and preparation of papers and information in advance.

Filtering incoming mail: sorting, redirecting and taking action as appropriate.

Supporting the Director in preparation and presentation of reports, proposals and related activities.

Coordinating with various departments for monthly reports on plans & achievements as required.

Working cooperatively with colleagues in the Administration team providing support as and when required.
