CURRENT JOB DESCRIPTION
Restaurant Manager will be the overall execution driver of the operations. Responsibilities may include running, planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, costs, customer service and satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.Should delegate tasks per Key Responsibility Area to Assistant Restaurant Manager.
2.Executes restaurant tactical plans and development which directives are aligned to respective Group Managers.
3.Oversee restaurant operations in implementation of restaurant programs to ensure effective operational tactics as well as high level of customer service.
4.Review and make sure to be on top of financial status especially on sales target, expenditures which conform to budget limitations and long term plan of the business entity.
5.Communicate with group manager to set targets and worked incentive program of Mang Inasal Philippines to increase profitability of restaurant.
6.Should secure outstanding performance (Gold) on Food Service Cleanliness and Condition audit conducted by Mang Inasal Philippines.
7.Provides initial analysis, feedback and inputs to contribute performance improvement.
8.Monitors restaurant performance after action has been implemented and evolve plans as needed.
9.Evaluate cost effectiveness of all aspects in operations especially on legal liabilities. Develop and implement cost-saving and profit-enhancing measures to.
10.Monitors purchases especially on store supply and demand and perform frequent checking to ensure accuracy of inventory and high level quality of food preparation, service and cleanliness.
11.Strictly implements cash control policy and ensures restaurant cash handling procedures are met.
12.Oversee proper training of Line Managers to rank and file employees to attain efficiency at work and should aligned to Mang Inasal task checklist for standard operating procedure.
13.Deals with customer complaints and set corrective action plans to pacify issues and concerns.
14.Maintains positive and proactive attitude at all times.
15.Manages employee’s disagreements, grievances and situations according to the company code of conduct, procedures and any other relevant policies.
16.Coaches Assistant Restaurant Managers to adhere to service standards set by the company.
17.Comply with all health and safety regulations.
18.Conduct competitive research and report trends and recommendations.
19.Support the entire restaurant operations including supervising other areas if necessary, handling special projects, running promotions, handling public relations and marketing.
