Being a Process Planning my responsibilities include, Process Validation, Work Order Process, VDRA issues correction, Visual Aid Creation, Standard Work Element, Process Routing, Assembly Tooling, Torque Identification and auditing.

Creating process sequence and visual aids for the Caterpillar Engines like models D35, D36, G36, C175.

To create Standard Work Element Sheet(SWES) by using PRO-E Models and providing assistance to the Experience of working in Manufacturing Bill of materials (M-Bom) creation from the Engineering BOM (E-Bom) by analysing and referring Computer Aided Process Planning.

Being the Subject Matter Expert for Teamcenter Engineering VRDA, Virtual Builds, Validation, MESA (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and providing support for the Advanced Planning & Tactical Manufacturing Engineering Teams.

Strategize the best process to build the new products and its variants as per the targeted constraints and objectives

Concerned with setting Torque Values for all the Fittings and Fasteners and creating PSETs (Tool Feeding) for existing and new assembly operations.

Key role in defining, simulating and optimizing production flow, Engineering Change Management.
