RESPONSIBILITIES

Design of Operator Cabin to meet FOPS requirement as per ISO 3449 and to suit operator ergonomics.

Design of Cabin Control station assembly for Vehicle integration and system function.

Development of Chassis (Mainframe), Power unit assembly & Air intake & Exhaust systems, Compressor Assembly, Air oil Piping & Schematic and its routing.

Design of Fuel tank, Hydraulic Tank systems (Pressure Vessels).

Creation of 3D models Weldment, machining, assembly & detailed drawings.

Perform basic Simulation & Stress analysis.

Checking and release the drawing for manufacturing.

Reviewing the modifications for Quality related issues associated with design.
