Role & Responsibility:
To plan & work for Kaizen Development, erection and commissioning of machine and to create SOP
Plant Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance.
Gap analyzing and develop the monitoring policy for the equipment breakdown
Establish and determine the Schedule for maintenance as per standards.
Guiding maintenance team to work for achieving zero breakdown.
Ensure working of all ISO-13485 QMS activities and documents related to engineering.
Maintained critical spares and purchase engineering materials for maintenance purpose and also new projects
Working with injection molding machines, PLC programming and SCADA Etc.
Coordinate with vendors and develop new vendors.
Determine standards of installation qualifications, Operations qualifications and Performance qualifications
Monitoring all equipment and directing maintenance of plant buildings and equipment’s.
Scheduling and planning for production activities and also review the production activities going as per plan.
Responsible for PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, documentation and quality performance study by 7QC tools
Develop strategies to evaluate precision and accuracy of analytical equipment, tests & measurements and production equipment.
