RECRUITMENT & SELECTION
Get the job description finalized by the person requesting the position
Seeking approved from the management
Posting the vacancies in portals, employee referrals & personal reference
Campus recruitment for bulk hiring
Screening of profiles as per the job description
Scheduling interview - Telephonic and updating recruitment sheet
Having a close contact with the candidates till they join the company
Verification of marks sheets, experience certificates, relieving orders, reference checks
Salary negotiation & issuing offer letter, appointment letter & joining formalities
To maintain personnel records of all employees.
Conducting induction for new employees, including the provision of a job description and clarification of roles
