Employers’ Testimonials

From: CHRISTINE NJAGI, Purser, Emirates Airlines, 30 May 2017 Cabin Crew: KAREN BRETT, Operating Grade:GR2 - Cabin Crew Performance YC Compliments Crew to Crew

I feel obligated to write about Karen's performance on this flight. The crew on this sector were super im- pressed with her galley management skills, every step of the service was very well organised, neat and clean. The meal items that were needed in the cabin were promptly delivered without the customers wait- ing just because of the way the galley was organised. As a result the service was carried out in a quick and efficient manner. Even though she was the galley operator she was more than happy to work in the cabin, was observed carrying out cabin duties such as pre-departure duties hanging jackets for customers and all the cabin duties. She was approachable, really polite and friendly which enabled the colleagues to work well together for such a demanding service. Karen was always eager to lend a helping hand where needed and took pride in her role as a galley operator. The crew commented on how they have not wit- nessed the level of his professionalism in a long time. Action: Thanked Karen for her beautiful performance, Urged her to keep up with the wonderful Emirates hospitality Spirit!

Jailyss Moreno, Cabin Crew Manager, 01 February, 2017 Dear Karen,

It is wonderful to hear from our customers and this feedback demonstrates the personal care you ensured they experienced. Everything we do in our business is about the customer. It is apparent that throughout this flight your behaviour demonstrated this. It is clear that you want your customers to disembark your flights happy, not only with Emirates standards and consistency, but also with your own contribution to make this happen. I take this opportunity to extend my personal appreciation to you for making a differ- ence on your flights. I will make sure a copy of this commendation is placed on your record. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Biba Logan, Director, Hairspray Ltd, Dublin, Ireland.

“Karen Brett was employed with Hairspray from September 2012 until March 2014. We found Karen to be a very strong member of staff in several areas. Karen excelled herself and became one of our store managers very quickly. I personally found Karen to be a very honest, loyal, willing and intuitive young woman. She always went the extra mile in her duties and her appearance, for which we are very grateful. She is a good team member and is good at following direction. We were sorry to see her leave and would have no problem recommending her as a valuable member of staff” References
