Responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the company with direct responsibility for marketing, branding, advertising, public relations, market research, human resources, IT and training/professional development for brokerage professionals and employees at the privately held $50 million commercial real estate services firm.
• Direct report to Founder and CEO and an active member of the Executive Leadership Team.
• Focused on growing business into new markets, new revenue streams as well as recruiting brokerage professionals.
• Partnered with regional Managing Directors to recruit more than 100 brokers over a 5-year period – generating a 50% increase in revenue for the firm during my tenure.
• Provided competitive corporate resources to 200 commercial real estate brokers to help them win business (lease

CENTEX / PULTE HOMES, Corona, California, August 2005 – January 2010 The nation’s third largest homebuilder with operations in over 40 major cities. Director of Marketing & Model Merchandising Western Region Developed and managed $12+ million operational marketing plan and budget and effectively reduced spend to $1.4 million to adapt to decreasing EBITDA during the global financial crisis for the nation’s number one homebuilder.
• Reported directly to division President and participated as a member of the senior executive team, focused on improving operational efficiencies, managing budgets and salvaging revenue throughout company merger.
• Recruited top talent and led team of 8 marketing professionals responsible for driving a 300% revenue increase from 2005 through 2007 through effective sales and marketing programs.
• Created broker loyalty programs to increase repeat incremental business with brokers (resulting in 38% increase).
