Project Manager 2003 – 2006
Served as a platoon leader and led 30 to 125 Marines to move 1,200 vehicles, nearly 5,000 containers and 8,200 passengers via airport, rail, and port facilities. Forward deployed to Baghdad, Iraq, as part of a Military Transition Team (MiTT) to train, equip and reinforce local security forces. I developed, pitched, was awarded and supervised over $4.5 MM in construction contracts to improve local security facilities. We successfully conducted 210 combat operations including convoys, search and seizures and direct- action raids.
