I was direct reporting to my MD and my job responsibilities were:

To create a To-do-list of tasks.

To create meeting schedule of project manager with MD.

To write MOM, discussed in meetings.

To handle Employee’s Grievance.

To handle the office cash and to keep record for office’s daily expenses.

To create monthly, quarterly and yearly bills for the clients on “Quickbooks” Software and keep records for the payments as well.

To Make replies on the client email for particular queries about their projects.

To maintain the travel calendar of my manager including schedule of his arrival and departure flights.

Timely payment of office’s Electricity, Water, Internet corporate and other bills.

To create Bills for Tenants on an online software named “Zoho”.

To keep records of the office’s Sales and Purchases and to coordinate with the CA for the company’s accounts record.
