Roles and Responsibility

As A System Engineer

Monitoring daily PPM & Taking corrective actions to reduce PPM

- Root cause analysis - Fishbone diagram, Parato analysis, 8D reports

- Assisting NABL ISO/IEC 17025: 2017, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Audits and closing corresponding NC’s raised during audits

- Planning and follow up product audit, process audit and closing corresponding NC’s raised during audits

- Immediate response to customer complaints – preparing 8D reports, Immediate one point lesson & communication with team

- QC story presentation

- Kaizen improvement, Toyota production system

- Corrective action, Evidences, Standardization, Horizontal deployment

- Cost of poor-quality monitoring

- Monthly safety review meeting

As A QC Line inspector

- Monitor set up approval and in-process inspection reports as per the control plan maintained on daily basis

- Poka yoke verification,update and monitoring 4M change management.

- Maintain the records of SPC charts for special characteristics identified in control plan and calculate the Process Capability on monthly basis.

- Ensure calibration of instruments /guages/Equipment in production areas.

- Performing to Process audit and Product audit conducting on monthly schedule.

- Work with control plan, SOP, FMEA, Work instructions.

- Performs layout inspection for new products and existing products to be planned as per the monthly schedule.

- Mould preparation and observing the Micro structure of metal after Heat treatment process.

- Interacted with customers for customer audits & summit 8D reports for customer NC

- Monitor the inspection records,in-process defect analysis reports, Contourgraph reports.
