A Operator for Waha, Coyanosa, and Arrowhead Cryogenics Facilities. Through my recommendations we were able to clean up Amine & Glycol Plants through proper skimming, alleviating carry over issues. We went from buying 3 to 4 truck loads per month, to 1 or 2 truckloads a year, saving the company hundreds of thousands of dollars per year.

1/21/2013 to 9/27/17 Talisman Energy Three Rivers Tx

Lead Operator for Cooke and STS Plants near Cotulla Tx, Operated 100 mmcf Gas Stripping Plant utilizing Amine and Glycol plants for gas cleanup. Was asked to rewrite operational procedures to tune up our way of operating at the Cooke and STS plants to streamline spending and improve operational efficiency.

3/16/2006 to 5/30/2012 Greystar Corporation Houston Tx

Sr Control Room Lead as member of the Caisson ESP Research Team testing Caisson separators with 1500 horsepower ESP centrifugal pumps suspended in these Caisson separators to prove producing capabilities, for the Ultra-Deepwater (Perdido and BC-10 Facilities). Started as an outside operator recognized for acute understanding of what we were trying perform in our research. Promoted to Sr Control Room Lead, assigned to match testing matrix to the research answers we were trying achieve with these new operational technologies

Responsible for the stable and efficient operation of a 125mmcf gas stripping and 25,000 barrel per day condensate stabilization facility.

Maintained efficient operations, planning, and maintenance of flowing wells, gas lift wells, and pumping wells at these two facilities. Used my echo meter sounding to help troubleshoot down hole issues with wells to make our gas lift system more efficient.
