The Jazan Refinery and Terminal Project was the engineering, design, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning support of a refinery and marine terminal facility capable of handling 400 MBD of crude oil and a further 45 MBD of feed stock. The Marine Terminal Package is the design, procurement, construction and handing over of the marine terminal facility comprising three tanker berths including a sulphur loading berth, a 9km sub-sea pipeline, a fire water intake structure and miscellaneous associated works at Red Sea coast.

The Jazan Refinery Marine Terminal was presented as a single EPC scope of work. The scope included the following offshore and onshore sites:
