NDT TECHNICIAN (JUNE2018- MARCH 2019)

• Conducted the liquid penetration testing to locate surface cracks.

• It is a widely applied and low-cost inspection method used to locate surface-breaking defects in all non-porous materials (metals, plastics, or ceramics).

Project Title Performance study of an axial fan for various geometrical parameters using Ansys fluent

Description

The aim of the project was to ensure that the present analysis is carried out in various geometry parameters such as blade design, blade angle, temperature distribution, pressure contour etc. The modelling of blades is carried out in commercially available modelling software. The numerical methodology is the same for all fans. Validation is carried out using analytical solution to check the relevance of the obtain the result.
