Cross check the HVAC drawings Including HVAC equipment load,BOD, Service Platform and arrange the structural calculation for the same.

Cross check the chilled water piping flow rate and arranging valve package according to that.

After checking the MEP drawings making RCP drawings according to that.

Cross check whether the stub outs for fire fighting and chilled water piping is provided by the mall or building .

Cross check the ceiling void smoke detector and also the upright sprinklers is existing or no, if not then include in the MEP designs.

Providing the structural calculations for the suspension system for Aluminium ceiling

(60X60), for the dome shape ceiling if made in gypsum board .

Providing the structural calculations from Knauf for the Wall cladding suspension system.

Explaining the civil works like tile fixing, marble fixing, counter tops for the joinery, wall cladding, wall lining and texture painting to the site team.

Carrying out the Metallic work such as Gazebo, Metallic partitions with the structural load calculations for the footing .

Carrying out all types of joinery works at site like Loose furniture, Fixed furniture (Display counter, waitress station, indoor & outdoor bar counters) Antique mirrors arrangement if needed .

Arranging the Aluminium Sliding doors and Fire rated doors and explaining the site supervisor regarding the fixing.

Carrying out production and fixing of Mashrabia panels also explaining the sizes of mashrabia when cut in both MDF or Aluminium to the CNC operator.

Providing the Weekly progress report to the client regularly .

Arranging sample for each and every material of site and get approval from the client including the joinery materials also.

Providing inspections for the completed works .
