• Designing of can crusher for crushing tin cans, which is used to store beverages, cool drinks and packed food. Thereby, reducing the space consumption for transportation which can be recycled.

• Designed a model in solid edge which was supposed to crush tin cans by converting crankshaft rotation to linear motion. 2. Buckling analysis of ‘I’ section

• Theoretical calculation for Load Capacity, Stress and Strain of I section, Circular section and Square section.

• Concluding that the I section can withstand more load compared to circular and square sections under high stress in longitudinal direction using Ansys APDL software.

3. Thermo-Coupled structural analysis of an Automobile Disc brake using finite element method

• Designed and analysed the thermo-mechanical behaviour of the disc brake with different materials and three different designs.

• Considering Gray cast iron, Steel and Aluminium as the materials.
