Detail Designing, sheet metal modeling and Drafting in heavy machinery domain using Pro/E(Creo).

Maintain close and constant liaison with the Product Engineer to assure that the design meets the latest product specifications or other requirements.

As per the customer requirements we have created weld on type lifting point to the mainframe, so that we can Excess easily while shipping the mainframe. We have created new Lifting point weldments Both Cab side and Non Cab side. While creating the lifting point we have gone through few Technical details are maximum Lifting load, Lifting Eye plate analysis, Pin analysis, weld analysis, Bolt plate analysis and Bolt analysis

PROJECT NAME: NASIK IDM30 MAINFRAME AND POWERPACK BASE USING SHEET METAL

This Project Involves Conversion of 2D To 3D By using Creo.In That Project am Handling Powerpack Base and Mainframe Installation and it mainly deals with Creating model and Assemble as per Drawings Provided with Autocad and This team has 4 members and Duration is 12 Months.

EXPOSURE: We had taken nearly 12 months for the completion of this entire project. In this project mainly I had gone through better ideas on sheet metal Design, material selection for entire Power pack design

PROJECT NAME: PV 271 275 MACHINE HYDRAULIC OILTANK INSTALLATION

PV 271 & 275 Machine dual hydraulic tank installation. This project includes installation of hydraulic oil tank to Machine and routing hose to interconnect fuel tank. Studied hydraulic schematic It also includes selection of fasteners, clamps, hydraulic fittings, routing hoses, Hydraulic valves and finally did the detailing of it. creating schematic and detail of entire machine.

PROJECT: ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

This is one of the Biggest Electrical Project that involves entire Design of New Electrical boxes and their mounting or Supporting weldments and assemblies for PV231 Machines. And This project is done for Customer who requires large scale customization. Also coordinating with Garland Engineer is a good experience Upon his request I got the chance to handle project in CMTEC. The main changes were RCS Cabling and Entire US091082 BOM RIG, which includes Battery Box, Engine Installations and RCS Tower options and all other options. This Project is handled by Total 6 team members and it is huge learning experience and idea on cabling details
