Major Responsibilities:

Responsible for General Accounts And Finance Functions, Good At Budgeting, MIS, Audit, Bank Lisoning, Cash Mgmt, Balance Sheet And Other Accounting Functions In Corporate Sector.

Account Planning and Account Management, Ensuring compliance to accounting policies, principles & directives in general and cash & bank procedures as envisaged by policy guidelines on financial control (Controllers Manual) to effectively implement all the objectives and tasks.

Responsible for handling imprest money, preparing of Book of accounts, cash & Bank Voucher, Petty Cashbook, cash balancing report (CBR), cash reconciliation report, confirmation report, MIS report and maintaining Stock register of the company.

Monitor bank balances concentrate cash and minimize surplus balances in all bank accounts. 2

Preparation of Salary Sheet & Deduction of PF and filling of Return.

Deduction of TDS and Filling E-TDS Return.

Preparation and Filling of Income Tax and Sales Tax Return.

Preparation of Suppliers / Vendors Payment and Reconciliation.

Supervising IPD/OPD Bills including TPA, CGHS & ECHS.

Overall Maintenance of Site accounts (Budget, Cash management, Billing & Follow up of Client, Contractors Payments & MIS etc.)
