Asst. Manager - Sales, Marketing & Projects & Officer – Tenders

• Provide complete back-end support for the Marketing Department.

• Preparing technical and commercial bids for the online and offline tenders floated by Indian Railways Army, Indian Air Force, Indian Navy, Central Police Organizations, Police Forces, Govt. and private organizations etc.

• Well-versed with almost all online tender portals i.e., ireps.gov.in, defeproc.gov.in, eproc.gov.in, SAP portals etc.

• Work closely with Sales Team by providing presales and bid management support on new/emerging business opportunities.

• End-to-end ownership of Bid Pursuits comprising RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and/or proactive proposals.

• Work closely with Practice SMEs to develop the solution and prepare the proposal and supporting documents.

• Work with Support Function SMEs (Technical Head, Legal, Tax, Finance, HR etc) to address the related requirements in the proposal response.

• Prepare Commercial Simulations based on Estimation details

• Prepare Bid Pursuit Budgets, as per requirement.

• Ensure compliances on Bid Reviews and Approvals, as per process.

• Identify areas for bid process improvements and work closely with the relevant stakeholders for implementation of the recommendations.

• Bid tracking and reporting (weekly).

• Good understanding of bid management processes.

• Hands-on experience in managing bids and proposals independently.

• Ability to manage bids/proposals independently from qualification to submission.

• Preparing month end statements like Pending offer statement, Expected order statement, EMD outstanding statement, Monthly individual field-staff planner and circulating it to all the concerned for update.

All the unresolved/open issues are being reviewed again in the next review meeting.

• Efficiently manage day-to-day schedules, calendar management and reminder functions.

• Creation of Power Point presentations.

• Provide superior customer service to visitors and callers; maintain the highest level of professionalism and grace under pressure.

• Prepare routine and non-routine correspondence, generate reports & spreadsheets. MIS reports. Contact company and non-company employees at all organizational levels to gather information.
