Presently I am working in L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited Construction Services (LTHE) From 16/04/2019 to till now as Senior Engineer (Mechanical) and my posting is HURL- Sindri Project Site,Jharkhand.
Project Description: It is a consortium EPC project with Technip France and LTHE .Capacity of the Fertilizer Plant is 2200 TPD Ammonia & 3850 TPD Urea. Client-Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL) a joint venture by CIL, NTPC, IOCL,FCIL &HFCL.
And PMC is PDIL.

Resposibilities:
a)Supervison of Structure Fabrication, Module Fabrication,Its assembly of REFORMER Area as per L&T Quality Standards.
b)Monitoring Srtucture Grit Blasting & Painting activities.
c)Reformer Area Erection planning & its Executing of Reformer as per our Safety norms & procedures.
d)Static & Rotary Equipment Installation like Waste Heat Boiler,Steam superheater, Pressure vessel,Flue gas stack, Primary Reformer,Loop waste heat boiler.
e) Pipe spool Fabrication of Reformer.
f)C.A Duct fabrication & erection.
g) Refractory work supervision of WHR section and chamber.
PAST EXPERIENCE:
I was working in McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd. as an Engineer
Execution (Construction-Mechanical) from 10/12/2009 to 13/04/2019.

McNally Bharat is an EPC Company and its doing Prestigious Project like Material Handling, RMHS, Integrated Steel plant, Process plant, Cement plants, Thermal Power Plants (CHP,AHP),Water Treatment plant, Oil& Gas, Refinery etc in all over India and Abroad.
2nd Project: My 2nd posting is NTPC Bongaigaon, Assam,(3x250 MW Thermal Power Plant, Client-NTPC) in Coal Handling Plant(CHP),Gypsum Handling Plant(GHP)& Lime Handling Plant(LHP) Project.

Responsibilities:
a)Fabrication & Erection of Structures like Crusher House, Transfer Houses, Conveyor Galleries, Structural Silo etc as a Team Leader.
b)Erection of Coal Sampling Unit of Coal Crusher House.
and erection & commissioning of Stacker cum Reclaimer, Wagon Tippler,Tripper Conveyor.
c)Erection &Commissioning of Belt Feeders, Samplers,Chutes,Ring Granulator(Coal Crusher),Vibrating Screen,Gear box, Fluid Coupling and its Motors etc.
d)Erection & Commissioning of DE System Steel Structure and its Equipment like Scrubber, Recirculation Tank, ID Fan etc and its proper alignment and Installation of Ventilation system including ducting, Centrifugal Fan,Exhaust Fan and its commissioning.
e)Site Fabrication of Water Pipe Line for Utility and the areas are CW PipeLine, DS Pipe Line, DFDS Pipe Line,WTDS PipeLine,SPDS PipeLine,Service Water Pipe Line,Flange fitting,Valve Fitting and Its Erection.

b)Inspection of Fabricated Structures as per drawing, Complete Fabrication as per Planning &Proper Manpower Handling of Contractor.
c) Erection of Structures,Columns, Platforms, Crane girders,Galleries, etc.
d)Erection of Conveyors, Feeders, Chutes .
e)Erection of Equipments like Ball Mill, Rod Mill, Flotation Cells, Cyclones, Installation of Pumps, Motors, Tanks .
f) Doing work in Tailing Disposal pipe line and in Plant Job i.e. Fabrication of Pipes with flanges, Bends, and its erection work.
g) Checking of Contractor Bill as per site executed.
