Coordinated research projects focused on driving growth to improve the experience of the bank’s digital products using a variety of methods including (but not limited to) interviews, field studies, survey, usability testing, A/B tests
Worked cross-functionally with 2 product managers, 3 designers and a team of developers to create new features and solutions to 2 different digital products according to research reccomendations
Orchestrated all the research initiatives in the Debt Negotiation and Loans squads - from planning to deliverables
