1) Working as CNC TEAM LEADER and PROCESS PLANNER. at TAFE EPD from January 2007 to April 2012.

PLANT DESCRIPTION

• It is an ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004, and ISO / TS 16949:2002 certified Company that manufactures Automotive Products.

• TAFE-EPD, is India’s leading manufacturers of AUTOMOBILE and Engineering plastic Products, is having high precision machineries with Global standards. Injection Molding Plant consisting 20 Machines ranging from 180 tons to 3200 tons.

• The CNC –dept is having 13 CNC machines including EDM, MILLING& DEEPHOLE DRILLING MACHINES. This dept manufacturing tools sizes from small to larger like bumper tool up to 20 ton job weight can be placed on the machine table. Deep cooling hole up to 2 meter can drill without any hurdle.

• TAFE engineering plastic division has state of art technology in plastic injecting molding providing HI-Fi solutions to world class customers like GM, BOSCH, TOYOTA, TJC, GEBEL, WIPRO, FORD, TBI, TATATOYO, MAHINDRA

& MAHINDRA, TVS, VISTEON, and BPL etc.

• TAFE product range includes Automobile accessories, Computer accessories, and 2 Wheeler and 4-wheeler automotive parts.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

• Coordinating with MANAGER TOOL ROOM to get the number of tools to be completed for a month.

• Conducting Internal Quality Audits & Environmental Audits and present the observations to the management representative.

• Verification of Corrective & Preventive actions for non-conformities of internal complaints.

• Coordination with internal departments to get the feed back of the parts being manufactured.

• Establishing, Maintaining and Monitoring of the Quality / Environmental Management Systems in the shop floor.

• TPM Implementation in the shop floor– Core Team Member

• Achieving ZERO defects in a product to be manufactured.

• Achieving Right quality items in first time

• Responsible to initiate & implement the corrective & preventive actions in the shop floor.

• Conducting in-house manufacturing related training programs (Internal Trainer).

• Document and Data control.

• Coordinating with Design dept to discuss the issues regarding to manufacturing feasibility for any new tool.

2) Worked as CNC programmer (both manual and cam),TEAM LEADER and PROCESS PLANNER at Weir minerals India pvt ltd from May 2012 to Oct 2015 . 3) Worked in PPC Department from Oct 2015 to Jan 2016. PLANT DESCRIPTION

Weir Minerals Manufactures slurry handling equipment and associated spare parts for abrasive high wear applications used in mining as well as in the niche oil sands and flue gas desulphurization markets. Products include pumps, Hydro-cyclones, Valves de-watering equipments and wear resistant linings. The division is present in key mining markets, including South and North America, Australia and Africa. Weir Minerals also Started to Manufacture the Valve bodies, Which includes 2 turning Centers, 1 Turn-Mill centre

& 1 (VMC) Vertical Machining Centre (4-Axes).
