M tech project (In Progress): Finite Element Analysis Of Warm Deep Drawing for Conical Cup Of Nickel 201 (1st June 2019 to 30th April 2020)

Description: In this present work, a statistical approach based on Taguchi techniques and finite element analysis ( D-form software) were adopted to determine the influence of sheet thickness, temperature, coefficient of friction and strain rate on the formability cups from Nickel 201 using Warm deep drawing process .

Major Project: P and Q system for inventory management ( 7th-January-2019 to 7th-April – 2019)

Description: This is a project for completing Bachelor’s coursework . This is based on management of spare parts inventory for a TVS showroom in our locality. The data is collected, and systems are designed accordingly.

Minor Project: Manufacturing Industry Exposure (Ordnance Factory) ( 25th April – 2018 to 10th May 2018)

Description: This is industrial training internship where different types of alloys used in the manufacturing of tankers for military purposes are studied and tested using various strength testing equipment in Ordinance Factory, Medak . This internship is for 15 days and it is done in the summer break after 3rd Year B.Tech.

Project: GO KARTING

Description: This a mechanical based project where students do a Go Kart model and present

in the go karting arena. In this competition, the kart is tested with many other tests like skid pad, endurance, drop test, etc.

Other accomplishments

Successfully been part of SIEGER pro GO-KART championship and presented it at Aditya engineering, Kakinada in 2017.

Worked as coordinator in college fest CONNIASSANCE’19.

Been part of NSS programs.

Placement coordinator for academic year 2019-2020 Mechanical Department.

Awards

Received third place in business model presentation of our Go kart out of 25 teams which was headed by me.

Received many awards (For volleyball in national level (2nd), chess player, All India science exhibition (3rd), Volley ball ).
