MY work paper on strategic educational planning introduced the Denmark's vocational training and education experience to (TVET) –Gen .Org. for Technical & Vocational Education and Training- (26-30 October, 2002) in Riyadh. My recommendations on the strategic educational planning were realized not only in opening two new environmental departments but also in adding new environmental research area to the following conference topics.

(Abha meeting 2003) my work paper on organizational development presented the effects of the successful OD operations on the productivity, the level of organizational effectiveness, and the degree of positive changes in employee’s behavior on both group and individual levels.

(SRO) 2004) the Third Symposium on Scientific Research and Technology Development Outlook in the Arab World. A work paper on solving the Saudi Dates Export Problem. (King Abdul Aziz City for Science and Technology Foundation (11-14 April, 2004).MY work paper on Strategic marketing planning introduced a full marketing plan for solving the problem based on the Tunisian Experiment in dates export which enabled Tunisia to win the first international dates export position replacing KSA which retreated to the fourth position preceded by Iran and Pakistan in the second and the third positions.
