o Modification/Upgradation of Existing Power/substation stations, boilers and its auxiliaries. o Troubleshooting/preventive maintenance/shutdown activities of Electrical Utilities o Preparation of closeout documents (AS BUILT Drawings, O&M Manual and Training handouts) for Consultant/Client’s approval and final hand over of the systems. o An effecting team player and coordinating efficiently with other MEP Mechanical services such as Lighting, Small Power, Lightning/Earthing system, HVAC System, Fire Fighting system, Water Supply, Drainage and other associated works.

o Experience in developing tray/trunking/containment design development, P& IDs flow charts, control hierarchy, I/O data point schedules, Turbine/Generator/Boiler auxiliaries Interlock and logic systems, Loop diagrams, cause and effect schedules detailed layouts. o Coordination / follow-ups with authorities like DEWA, du, Etisalat, Civil Defense & Dubai Municipality for final inspection and approval.

o Calculations and all other documents for Electrical instrumentation and control works o Ability to supervise and manage both direct/in house and sub-contractor’s work. o Monitor and report progress. Plan the maintenance activities with contractors, gain knowledge of the EPC contract and the plant in order to collect information about the plant.

Organize the operation and maintenance manuals, plan all the preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities, produce the maintenance policy and procedures.

Highlight any defects in the plant design or installation, raise punch list and warranty claims to EPC contractor

Propose modifications that can improve the plant performance and availability or reduce operation and maintenance cost.

Find the required subcontractors for the specialized maintenance activities.

Gain knowledge of the ERP system (SAP) and ensure that: All preventive maintenance activities are programmed in the system, all functional locations are identified, all other maintenance activities are routed through the system.

Provide the Continuous improvement Program for maintenance team through: Improve and update the maintenance procedure, update and organize maintenance manuals and drawings

Check for training requirement of the team and provide the required training ACADEMICS
