KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Production planning of material/manpower, stock and raw material maintenance, setting delivery schedules, and plan future requirements.
Inspection of all the equipment’s installation/assembly/commissioning. Inspection of ship systems for proper commissioning before showing to Q.C, Owner, and Surveyor
Reading manuals for the effective commissioning of various systems.
Liaising with Quality Assurance Department as well as Class agencies like LR,DNV, BV, Service Engineer and Owner’s Representatives for acceptance of erection and installation, pressure testing, flushing & final commissioning of equipment.
Maintaining weekly schedule for the effective production.
