Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to the IT Operations Group in the areas of Technical Support, IT Infrastructure Management, Systems Management and Development, Testing and Implementation of technical requirements, Coordination with necessary IT HQ and global stakeholders while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.
• Provide timely execution of communications and technological initiatives toward the vision and roadmap.
• Collaborate directly with the Management Team and key personnel in other departments to identify, recommend, develop and implement cost-effective technology solutions to support policies and directives.
• Manage and ensure timely production of all new products, services and other project deliverables.
• Oversee and manage the organization’s corporate data systems and technical support services
• Ensure company’s technology infrastructure and operating procedures meet or exceed current standards.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to prepare infrastructure to support future business needs.
• Manage effectively the department/group’s budget.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the CIO
• Administer and monitor daily and monthly computer operating systems.
• Prepare reports and ensure optimal performance and maintain records of service level agreements for vendors, partners, and customers.
• Design, implement and ensure efficient maintenance and ensure compliance to all disaster recovery plans.
• Perform appropriate tests and provide training to upgrade product quality and standardize all artifacts.
• Assist technical staff to check and ensure resolution of all issues to achieve all objectives.
• Administer all spheres of OC physical planning, provide security and backup for recovering systems.
• Determine availability of systems and IT network application process.
• Design and maintain all IT processes according operation policies through standardization of methods.
• Maintain and prepare all paperwork for various activities and provide performance backup to retrieve data in case of emergency.
