Responsibilities:

I joined in Wipro GE healthcare X-RAY division and I was mapped to GENERATOR section for doing FQC. Further from Generators department, I was promoted to SYSTEMS department which is the main department in GE for manufacturing various CT machines.

I have worked in Subsystems like GEM COILS to System line products like CT, PET-CT, NUC-CT and X-RAY.

As part of FQC process I work with various products SVCT, NUC-CT, PET-CT, OJAS for different sections like Assembly, Testing, Labelling, Packing and PDI.

I’m responsible for checking every single line FAR that is raised, and cross verify the correctness of the FAR raised.

I ensure that for every product the various quality checkpoint in EDHR is met and I update the same in EDHR for providing approval.

I ensure there is no damage in the unit and all the parts are intact.

I’m working on clearing all the units using the EDHR to verify and approve the units for final quality check only after which the shipment of the units will be done.

Currently I have started working on the INCOMING section for doing quality check for the Parts from various supplier and provide approval check.

I also work on the FQC trending analysis quality work that will be used in the TQRB Meeting for analysis of quality defects using different pareto charts.

I’m also involved in the Product quality action workouts as part of quality management.

I’m responsible for bringing down the FQC defects through trending that happens every month.

I also work on IQC defect reduction and capture actions for the top trending defects in both IQC and FQC.

Achievements:

I have worked on the major two divisions in GE healthcare X-Ray division and took complete responsibility in doing FQC for all the units.

I was initially posted in Generators for doing FQC and with my good work there I was been moved to handle units in systems departments within 8 months of my joining.

I hold complete responsibility for doing FQC for all the different CT units in systems.

I have also successfully participated in the MDSAP Audit process that has happened in systems department.

There has not been any customer complaint raised against the units that I have done FQC till now.
