Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage, coordinate and supervise the construction activities from start to completion. Leading a team of Construction Superintendents & Subcontractors Construction Managers, to establish the mobilization plan, maintain/ implement the HSE & quality standards & represent the company during the execution of the construction work.

• Review of contract specification and construction drawings and coordinate with planning engineer in finalizing work programmed / planning schedule.

• Execute the work with the allotted resources for the project, following the planning schedule to complete the project in the scheduled completion time.

• Supervise the construction team to fulfill the requirements of the contract to deliver a quality project.

• Coordinate with client/ engineer in construction issues.

• Evaluate and determine the appropriate construction and most cost-effective methods which meet the contract specification of job.

• Manage the resources and material movements to ensure that all resources are effectively utilized.

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and customer satisfaction.

• Ensuring that the “Health, Safety and Environment Management Plan” is fully implemented and shall monitor health, safety and environment throughout the project and ensure that staff are conversant with the relevant requirements of the HSE Management plan and review the performance periodically and be accountable for it.

• Ensure that all relevant registers are implemented and used on site.

• Aware of Quality Systems and safe design practice. Adherence to, working instructions and procedures in accordance with the Company’s Quality Assurance policy.

• Direct and monitor the progress of the construction activities to ensure schedule milestones are achieved timely.

• Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects.

• Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.

• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.

• Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.

• Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out
