Osha Reporting filled out the paper work then sent them to the doctor when injured.

AP – Input all invoices, Check to see if invoices have been paid, AP report of all vendors & amounts paid. Ask vendors for their W – 9 before they complete the job.

Payroll – Missed punches, take out lunches per supervisors. Make sure that times are correct each day, On Friday put a copy of Time Sheet for Employees’ to review, Input paid time off, and then do a Paid time off report. Let employees know how many PTO hours they have.

Receptionist –Greet family members, have them sign in, Answer phones, take messages, fax, make copies, write out receipts for beauty salon, Room & Board, & Trust account for Residents.
