Responsible for handling & Coordinating Automation related issues in process PLC&HMI (Omron, delta, Siemens, Allen Bradley & Mitsubishi).

Installation and troubleshooting all types of sensor’s (like flow sensor, level, pressure, proximity,cylinder read switch, temperature sensor, photo cell)

Responsible and maintenance for air compressors screw type made of kaeser

Responsible for electrical equipment’s Power & distribution transformers, 11kV ring main units, A/C, LV motors, DG sets, PLC system, SCADA, VFD drives, HV & LV switchgears (VCB, ACB, and MCCB).

Responsible for doing RCA of breakdowns to increase MTBF & reduce MTTR Responsible for operation and maintenance of Air compressors

Responsible for breakdowns preventive, autonomous maintenance in plant related to electrical controlling and power wiring of plc automated lines &ac .drives Analysis of machinery status & efficiency for inventory control.

Responsible for doing Root cause analysis for major breakdowns to eliminate the main cause for breakdown.

Responsible for achieving monthly and yearly targets.

Responsible for tracking budget and planning spares within the approved budget.

Responsible for planning critical spares of equipment’s to minimize the breakdown time.

Main focus on power factor maintenance & power consumption reduction.

Responsible for monitoring the efficiency of team operators and supporting those in strengthening their skills by providing classroom and on job trained.

Involved in plant quality audits. .

Calibration of Weighing Balances Instruments.

500KVA Generators and synchronizing AMF panel Maintenance (auto manual).
