Design & Development of Chassis frame of Commercial Vehicle of LP407 33WB (BUS). Project Description:

Design & Development of Chassis frame for Commercial vehicle LP407 33WB (BUS) from SFC 407 29WB (TRUCK) & Shifted of all Attached Aggregates like ( Brakes system, Suspension, Fuel tank, Exhaust system, Axle, Steering, Controls, Routing, FES) with fully vehicle integration & layout. Job Responsibility:-

This activity is performed for Local and Global projects at different stages of project development which start from Concept Freeze to Release.

Input study – Need to Modified from SFC 407 29WB to 33WB.

Creation of JT from cad model.

Prepare CAD data as per customer input, create prototyping of this project & send to customer for design review.

Coordination with customer & interact with cross function team to resolve interference/ Development issue.

ACADMICS PROJECT:-

Final Project: An Investigative approach for improving the efficiency of solar cell. In this project an attempt is made to evaluate the effect of colours of light on performance of solar photovoltaic module, based on the temperature of cell an also based on the physical parameter is also developed to evaluate the efficiency of solar cell. Mini Project: Powered double hack saw by using scotch yoke mechanism. This model contains Power hack saw for cut the material from two side (right & left), Using scotch yoke mechanism, and rotary motion converted into reciprocating motion. Main Adv.:-Minimum effort to cut the material, easy to operated, low maintenance. Ex: -Wood cutting, MS cutting etc.
