Job Description of Receptionist:

Answer telephone, screen and direct calls and relay messages, provide information to callers.

Greet guest entering the premises, direct them to their proper destination.

Deal queries from the guest.

Monitor guest access and maintain security awareness.

Provide general administrative and clerical support.
