PROJECT NAME: HUE (AI Works)
Duration: 3.2 years (March 2017 - July 2020)
Project Description: This project was aimed at testing ERP web applications with AI powered. This project having so many modules to cover all parts of ERP. It is the First AI powered ERP system.
Module 1:HR Benefit Administration - A module in the HUE ERP product for the HR admin to configure application for the employees to apply for benefits such as Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance.
• This application track employee absences, sick time, paid leave and regular salary increases based on performance.
• Enter and monitor hiring and termination data of employee.
• Attend regular meetings to addressing hiring issues and bring up employee concerns to upper management and process employee reviews.
• Conduct preliminary meeting interviews and maintain the employee personal data and posted online ads seeking qualified individuals to fill job vacancies. Module 2: Accounts Receivable- A module in the HUE ERP product which list out all the details of the products which has been bought by the buyer and calculates the status for the each product. This product help us to
• Prepare customers's statements, bills, invoices and accurate monthly billing adjustments.
• Research and analyze then accounts and then generate weekly aging reports.
• Determine payment schedules with customers.
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries and then complie data and prepare monthly reports and statements.
Module 3: Lease Asset Management- A module in the HUE ERP product which provides the information on lease contracts, lease assets and lease payments and transactions, which has been request to leased by the lessor who is owner of specific property.
• Lease asset management system helps us to track business performance regularly on the daily, weekly or monthly basis.
• It allows us to view brief information with more accuracy and speed with a dynamic approach.
• This system has improved the availability of information in real time.
• It is a time-saving approach to managing a different aspect of business, which complete the tasks automatically and quickly and calculates the payments for the each leased property.

Description: This project was aimed at developing ERP web applications which will be used in department of Human Recourse and accounting.This product help us to collect and maintain the employee information files confidentially.This application verifies employee data and made needed corrections to maintain the accurate balanced payroll accounts and department. It process weekly and bi-monthly payrolls for hourly and salaried employees and generate reports for each payroll cycle as well as monthly, quarterly and yearly documents.Prepare payroll and tax reports files for the government agencies and ensures all accounts and payroll actions are maintained in government compilance.
Module: Salary Bonus Calculation - A module in the CJK product for the HR admins to calculate the salary bonus for their employees.
